Three businesses, one phone problem each

A med-spa, a landscaping company and a mobile detailer. Nothing in common except the thing that matters: the phone rings hardest during the exact hours nobody has a free hand. Every figure below carries the window and the scope it covers, and where there is no figure yet, the page says so.

How a number gets published

Four rules, applied to every figure on every case study here. They are why some of these numbers are smaller than the ones you will read elsewhere, and why the ones that are here can be checked.

  1. Every figure carries its window and its scope

“One location, one month” and “fifteen weeks, one crew” sit beside the numbers rather than in a footnote. A bounded figure is one a reader can multiply themselves; an unbounded one is one they have to take on trust.

  2. Derived figures print their arithmetic

A percentage on these pages shows the division that produced it. If the working is not shown, the number is a claim rather than a measurement.

  3. No figure is typed into a page

Every number here is read from the client’s own record at build time, which is what lets these pages be refreshed as the figures climb instead of quietly going stale.

  4. A gap is published as a gap

No revenue figures, no close rates and no invented averages. Where a measurement does not exist, the page says which one is missing, which is the whole of the third case below.

How every line gets built, and each layer of technology that runs a call, is on the about page, and the first-party call data behind these cases is published in full across the insights library.

Want your own version of these numbers?

Every case on this page started as a business that could not answer its own phone. We build a working line on your services and your rules, you run it for about 14 days with no call limit, and at the end you have your own data instead of somebody else’s.
