Because every industry's phone call has a different hardest decision, and that decision is what a receptionist is actually for. A vet has to work out whether the right answer is "go somewhere else right now", a visit the clinic never bills. A law firm has to capture the parties before the facts, or it cannot clear conflicts. A property manager has to classify against a legal standard where being wrong in either direction costs money. Checked across all twelve, no two share a core objection.
A receptionist that ships in a box is the same receptionist everywhere, and these are not the same job.
The hardest decision on the call, by industry, and what each page proves it with

Ordered by proof strength, strongest first: a named client case, then an annotated real call, then a cost model with its arithmetic shown. Nothing is listed as proof that isn't on the page.
